PYROLATE Injection contains Glycopyrrolate, a quaternary ammonium anticholinergic agent. It is widely used as an adjunct in anesthesia to reduce secretions, block vagal reflexes, and counteract muscarinic side effects when reversing neuromuscular blockade.
